Homemade Fruit Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup milk (only if cream is too thick to be blended. Otherwise, not needed)
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
Fruit
- 1/2 apple finely chopped
- 1 mango finely chopped
- 10-15 grape halves
- 1 banana finely chopped
Nuts
- Cashew halves
- raisins
Preparation
In a bowl, add cream and milk. Whisk until the cream gets smooth and fluffy in texture.
Add condensed milk and mix again. Then add fruit and nuts. You can add or leave any fruit or nut of your choice. Give it a good mix.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. It is ready to serve. For a firmer texture, freeze for an hour. Top with tutti frutti and serve chilled.
