Delicious Hatch Chile Dragon Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 roasted Frieda's Hatch Chiles
- 1-2 Dragon Fruit (red or white)
- 1/4 cup shallots
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: Tiny pinch of brown sugar
Preparation
Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Refrigerate at least four hours for flavors to mingle.
Serve with chips or over tacos.
Use juice from about 1 lime, and consider trying key limes for a twist.
