Easy Seed and Bean Sprouting

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Beet
  • Fenugreek
  • Mustard
  • Lentils
  • Mung beans
  • Radish

Preparation

  1. Soak your seeds overnight in water.

  2. In the morning, place a sprouting lid or a cheesecloth with an elastic on your mason jar and rinse the water out.

  3. Place the seed jar on a diagonal upside down using a small bowl or Tupperware and leave it.

  4. Rinse the seeds every evening and morning for a couple of days and watch them grow.

  5. Once they are sprouted, put the jar in the fridge with the mesh lid on.

  1. Sprouts are some of the most nutrient-dense ingredients you can add to your life and they are very cheap.
