Easy Seed and Bean Sprouting
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Beet
- Fenugreek
- Mustard
- Lentils
- Mung beans
- Radish
Preparation
Soak your seeds overnight in water.
In the morning, place a sprouting lid or a cheesecloth with an elastic on your mason jar and rinse the water out.
Place the seed jar on a diagonal upside down using a small bowl or Tupperware and leave it.
Rinse the seeds every evening and morning for a couple of days and watch them grow.
Once they are sprouted, put the jar in the fridge with the mesh lid on.
