Garlic and Herb Spaghetti Dish
Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in parsley and pepperoncini, then add the reserved pasta water to create a sauce.
Toss the drained spaghetti with the sauce in the skillet until well coated.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste, and serve immediately.
