Garlic and Herb Spaghetti Dish

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Stir in parsley and pepperoncini, then add the reserved pasta water to create a sauce.

  5. Toss the drained spaghetti with the sauce in the skillet until well coated.

  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste, and serve immediately.
