Garlic and Parsley Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500 grams shell pasta or bowtie pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili

Preparation

  1. In a deep pot, place a generous amount of water. Add one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of corn oil. Set the pot on medium heat until the water boils vigorously.

  2. Add the pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes.

  3. In a medium-sized pot, add the olive oil and crushed garlic. Place on medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until the garlic becomes fragrant.

  4. Add the parsley. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the garlic mixture. Add the salt, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir the pasta for one minute until it absorbs the flavors of garlic and parsley.

  5. In a wide serving dish, pour the pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crushed chili, then serve.
