Herb Tahini Dressing with Lentil and Spinach Jedra
Ingredients
- approximately 1/2 cup tahini
- water
- 1/2 lemon juice
- fresh chives
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- dried parsley
- 1/2 onion
- 2 generous handfuls of fresh organic spinach
- packet of lentils
- 4 cups of cooked basmati rice
- avocado oil
- garlic
- parsley
- cumin
- little bit of turmeric
Preparation
Combine approximately 1/2 cup tahini with water to thin, 1/2 lemon juice, fresh chives, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried parsley for the dressing.
Sauté 1/2 onion.
Sauté 2 generous handfuls of fresh organic spinach.
Combine the sautéed onion and spinach with a packet of lentils.
Add 4 cups of cooked basmati rice.
Drizzle with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, cumin, and a little turmeric.
