Simple Baked Tortilla Chips from Wraps

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Coconut oil (1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Paprika powder (to taste)
  • Chili powder (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)

Optional additions

  • Herbs of choice

Preparation

  1. Rub and spread 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil on both sides of the wrap.

  2. Use a knife to cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.

  3. Spread the triangles on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Season them with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and additional salt to taste, and you can add other ingredients like herbs as well.

  5. Place them in the oven at 180°C for around 10-15 minutes until crispy brown.
