Sticky Toffee Pudding Balls

Ingredients

  • 150g pitted dates
  • 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 75g almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp raw cacao

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in hot water to soften them, then add to a food processor along with the cacao, almonds, walnuts, coconut sugar, salt and vanilla bean paste

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Place the mix in the freezer for around 15 minutes or until firm

  4. Then shape into large bite-sized balls and Enjoy
