Super Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 115g flour
  • 125ml oat milk
  • 50g soy yogurt
  • 25g chocolate chunks
  • 20g agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 7g baking powder
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour and baking powder

  2. Mix the wet ingredients: oat milk, soy yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla paste, and apple cider vinegar

  3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then stir in the chocolate chunks

  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat

  5. Spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes

  6. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown

  7. Serve the pancakes warm
