Super Healthy Gluten-Free Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (almond, soya, coconut...)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan without any oil.
