Super Healthy Gluten-Free Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup plant milk (almond, soya, coconut...)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan without any oil.
