Vegan Filet-O-Fish Style Burger with Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 Fry's Family fish style fillets
- toasted wholemeal bun
- rocket
- Hellmann's mayo
- gherkin
- red onion
- Green Vie mozzarella
- Asda beer battered onion ring
- ketchup
Wedges
- potatoes
- smoked paprika
- olive oil
Preparation
Toast the wholemeal bun until golden.
Assemble the burger by placing the fish style fillets in the bun and adding rocket, mayo, gherkin, red onion, mozzarella, beer battered onion ring, and ketchup.
For the wedges, cut potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil and smoked paprika, and bake until crispy and golden.
