Vegan Chorizo Double Cheese Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Heura chorizo burgers
  • Brioche bun
  • Blue Sheese cheese
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Rocket leaves
  • Gherkin
  • Burger sauce
  • Potato wedges with skins

Preparation

  1. Air fry the two Heura chorizo burgers until golden and juicy

  2. Toast the brioche bun until lightly browned

  3. Slice the red onion, avocado, and gherkin

  4. Assemble the burger by spreading burger sauce on the bun, adding the burgers, blue Sheese, sliced vegetables, and rocket leaves

  5. Prepare skins on potato wedges by baking or air frying until crispy
