Dirty Dog with Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • Moving Mountains hot dogs
  • wholemeal baguette
  • avocado
  • red onion
  • gherkin
  • tomato
  • smoked gouda slices
  • ketchup
  • English mustard
  • crispy onion
  • corn on the cob
  • black pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • lemon avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Fry the red onion until golden brown.

  2. Steam the corn on the cob until tender.

  3. Heat the hot dogs and warm the baguette.

  4. Assemble the hot dog in the baguette with avocado, fried red onion, gherkin, tomato, smoked gouda slices, ketchup, English mustard, and crispy onion.

  5. Season the steamed corn with black pepper, smoked paprika, and lemon avocado oil.
