  • guacamole

  • spicy chicken style burger
  • red onion

Preparation

  1. Toast the brioche bun.

  2. Cook the spicy chicken style burger until crispy.

  3. Bake or fry the sweet potato wedges with skins on until tender.

  4. Assemble the burger by layering UFO sauce, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, red onion, gherkin, vegan bacon, and mayo on the bun.

  5. Serve the burger with the sweet potato wedges.
