Double Katsu Curry Cheese Burger
Ingredients
- edamame beans
- kale
- spinach
- brioche bun
- Applewood cheese
- gherkin
- red onion
- tomato
- peri peri mayo
- mango sauce
- potato wedges
- onion rings
- ketchup
- mayo
Preparation
Mix edamame beans, kale, and spinach to form veggie patties.
Cook the patties until browned and heated through.
Prepare homemade potato wedges and beer-battered onion rings by baking or frying until crispy.
Toast the brioche bun.
Assemble the burger by layering the patty, Applewood cheese, gherkin, red onion, tomato, peri peri mayo, and mango sauce in the bun.
Serve with ketchup and mayo on the side for dipping.
