Beer Battered Burger with Wedges and Onion Rings
Ingredients

- Brioche bun

- Mayonnaise

- Non-alcoholic beer

Wedge seasonings

Preparation
Prepare the beer batter by mixing flour and non-alcoholic beer until smooth.
Dip the meat-free burger in the batter and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, pink salt, and smoked paprika, then bake or fry until tender and crispy.
Dip onion rings in the beer batter and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
Toast the brioche bun until lightly browned.
Mash the avocado and assemble the burger with lettuce, mashed avocado, red onion, tomato, vegan bacon, vegan mozzarella, and piccalilli on the bun.
Serve the burger with the wedges, onion rings, and a side of mayonnaise.
Notes
Use Aldi brand for the meat-free burger and bun.
