Vegan Oumph Burger with Baked Wedges

Ingredients

  • Oumph! burger patty
  • Brioche bun
  • Gouda style cheese
  • Burger sauce
  • Red onion
  • Tomato
  • Gherkin
  • Avocado
  • Lettuce
  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Pink salt
  • Beer battered onion rings

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil and pink salt.

  2. Bake the potato wedges until golden and crispy.

  3. Toast the brioche bun.

  4. Cook the Oumph! burger patty according to package instructions and add cheese to melt.

  5. Assemble the burger by spreading sauce on the bun and adding red onion, tomato, gherkin, avocado, lettuce, and the patty.

  6. Heat the beer battered onion rings if necessary.

  7. Serve the burger with the baked wedges and onion rings.
