Vegan Tikka Hot Dog Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Two hot dogs

Preparation

  1. Cook the hot dogs according to package instructions, such as grilling or boiling until heated through.

  2. Warm the seeded baguette in an oven or toaster until soft and slightly crisp.

  3. Prepare the toppings: mash the avocado, slice the gherkin, slice the onion bhaji, and fry the red onion until golden and crispy.

  4. Assemble by placing the hot dogs in the warm baguette and adding mashed avocado, gherkin slices, onion bhaji slices, fried red onion, and tikka ketchup.
