Vegan Chicken Salad Baguette with Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- No-Chicken Deli Slices (Richmond Foods)
- Seeded baguette
- Mixed salad leaves
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Mashed avocado
- Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
Potato wedges
- Potatoes with skins
- Oil spray
- Pink salt
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skins on.
Spray the potato wedges with oil and sprinkle with pink salt.
Air fry the potato wedges until they are cooked and crispy.
Warm the seeded baguette.
Assemble the baguette by filling it with No-Chicken Deli Slices, mixed salad leaves, red onion, tomato, mashed avocado, and mayonnaise.
Serve the assembled baguette with the cooked potato wedges.
