Peppered Vegan Beef and Tomato Baguette with Wedges
Ingredients
- Wholemeal sourdough baguette
- Peppered 'Beast' slices from Tesco
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Wholegrain mustard
- New potatoes
- Oil for spraying
- Ketchup (e.g., Mr. Organic)
Preparation
Warm the wholemeal sourdough baguette.
Fill the baguette with peppered 'Beast' slices, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and wholegrain mustard.
Cut the new potatoes into wedges.
Spray the potato wedges with a little oil and air fry until golden.
Serve the filled baguette with the potato wedges and ketchup.
