Butter Bean Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tin butter beans, drained
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 small red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Salt & pepper to taste if needed
  • Bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mash them together.

  2. Spread the mixture on a slice of bread, add salad on top, and cover with another slice of bread.

  3. Enjoy the sandwich.
