Vegetarian Brunch with Hash Browns and Sausages

Ingredients

  • 2 Morrisons hash browns
  • ASDA O.M.V. No pork and red onion sausages
  • Tomatoes
  • This isn't bacon streaky
  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach

Preparation

  1. Oven cook the hash browns, sausages, halved tomatoes, and bacon according to package directions.

  2. Slice the mushrooms and fry them until cooked.

  3. Toast the bread and butter it.

  4. Serve all components together with spinach.

Tips

  1. For crispier bacon, fry it instead of oven cooking.
