Homemade Ginger and Lemon Hummus
Ingredients
- 240 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 60 ml chickpea water
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1 piece of ginger (10 g)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp rice syrup
- 1 small garlic clove
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with avocado and crispy roasted Harissa chickpeas on fresh bread.
