Homemade Ginger and Lemon Hummus

Ingredients

  • 240 g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 ml chickpea water
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 piece of ginger (10 g)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp rice syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve with avocado and crispy roasted Harissa chickpeas on fresh bread.
