Simple Cleansing Vegetable Crockpot Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 1 fennel bulb, chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3-4 cups chopped Lacinto Kale
  • 1 cup sprouted lentils
  • Pink sea salt to taste
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • Any other spices as desired

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a crockpot.

  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on medium for 6-8 hours.
