Simple Cleansing Vegetable Crockpot Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups filtered water
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3-4 cups chopped Lacinto Kale
- 1 cup sprouted lentils
- Pink sea salt to taste
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- Any other spices as desired
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a crockpot.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on medium for 6-8 hours.
