15 Minute Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • sweet potato
  • 1 fillet of salmon brushed with olive oil
  • Sprinkled with a mixture of paprika, Chipotle powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. I didn’t measure it but I’d guess about 1/4 tsp of each
  • zucchini
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Use any seasoning you want. Even just salt and pepper is delicious

  2. Baked at 400F for 15 minutes

  3. Served with zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and avocado
