Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 250g apple purée
- 100g maple syrup
- 3 large over ripe bananas mashed
- 60ml milk (i use soya)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix milk and cider vinegar and leave to curdle
Put all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth
Add milk mixture to the bowl and stir
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour in mixture, oven bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden and a skewer prod comes out clean
