Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough
  • homemade blackberry jam
  • organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation

  1. Spray a pan with coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Put peanut butter on one piece of bread and add chia jam.

  3. Place the banana coins on the peanut butter side and cover with the bread that has jelly.

  4. Grill in the pan for 3-4 minutes per side depending on heat.

  5. Devour.
