High Protein Choco Crepe Yule Log
Ingredients
Crepes
- 70g spelt flour
- 25g @myvegan chocolate vegan blend
- 5g @myvegan cacao powder
- 225ml almond milk
Filling and icing
- 100g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 10g @myvegan chocolate vegan blend
- 5g cacao powder
Preparation
Combine the ingredients for the crepes to create the mixture.
Heat a good non-stick pan.
Place the mixture in the pan to cook the crepes; it should make 3 large crepes.
Leave the crepes to cool.
Layer them on top of each other with the chocolate filling.
Roll the crepes together to form a log.
Cut in half and spread the topping to create the Yule log.
