Giant One Serve Strawberry Jelly Tart
Ingredients
Base
- 50g spelt flour
- 20g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
- 15ml almond milk
- 20g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1/4c water
Filling
- 200ml water
- 7g agar agar
- 30g @myvegan clear strawberry vegan blend
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the base to form a dough and place it into a skillet or baking-proof pan.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry jelly by mixing the water and clear vegan blend in a pot on high heat.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add the agar agar.
Pour the liquid onto the cooled base and add sliced strawberries.
Allow to cool overnight and enjoy the next morning.
