Giant One Serve Strawberry Jelly Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 50g spelt flour
  • 20g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
  • 15ml almond milk
  • 20g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1/4c water

Filling

  • 200ml water
  • 7g agar agar
  • 30g @myvegan clear strawberry vegan blend

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the base to form a dough and place it into a skillet or baking-proof pan.

  2. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry jelly by mixing the water and clear vegan blend in a pot on high heat.

  5. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add the agar agar.

  6. Pour the liquid onto the cooled base and add sliced strawberries.

  7. Allow to cool overnight and enjoy the next morning.
