Apple Pie Protein Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

Dough

  • 35g flour
  • 15g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
  • 30g unsweetened soy yogurt

Filling

  • 100g chopped apple
  • 60ml almond milk
  • @myproteinuk vanilla sugar free syrup
  • some cinnamon

Coating

  • @natvialiving sweetener
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. To make the filling, place the chopped apple and other ingredients in a pot and leave until the apples are stewed and softened.

  2. Leave the filling to cool.

  3. Meanwhile, form the dough by mixing the relative ingredients.

  4. Separate into 3 circles and flatten on a non-stick surface.

  5. Place the apple pie filling in the centre and form a ball of dough with the filling.

  6. Place the coating ingredients in a bowl and roll the balls in the coating.

  7. Place the balls on a non-stick baking tray and heat them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
