Apple Pie Protein Baked Loaf

Ingredients

  • 200g flour (plain, self raising or spelt)
  • 80g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
  • 200g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 15g ground flax seeds
  • 15g natvialiving sweetener
  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk
  • cinnamon (a large amount)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • lemon juice
  • 1 large apple
  • sugar free syrup (for stewing)

Preparation

  1. Chop the apple and stew it in a drizzle of sugar-free syrup, cinnamon, and some water in a pan for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix all wet and dry ingredients together in one bowl.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined baking tin loaf.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
