Apple Pie Protein Baked Loaf
Ingredients
- 200g flour (plain, self raising or spelt)
- 80g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
- 200g unsweetened apple sauce
- 15g ground flax seeds
- 15g natvialiving sweetener
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon (a large amount)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- lemon juice
- 1 large apple
- sugar free syrup (for stewing)
Preparation
Chop the apple and stew it in a drizzle of sugar-free syrup, cinnamon, and some water in a pan for 10 minutes.
Mix all wet and dry ingredients together in one bowl.
Transfer the mixture into a lined baking tin loaf.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
