Apple Pie Protein Baked Loaf

Ingredients

  • 200g flour (plain, self raising or spelt)
  • 80g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
  • 200g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 15g ground flax seeds
  • 15g @natvialiving sweetener
  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk
  • a tonnnne of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder and lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients all together in one bowl, transfer into a baking lined baking tin loaf and pop in the oven for 35- 40 mins on 180c
