Apple Pie Protein Baked Loaf
Ingredients
- 200g flour (plain, self raising or spelt)
- 80g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
- 200g unsweetened apple sauce
- 15g ground flax seeds
- 15g @natvialiving sweetener
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk
- a tonnnne of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder and lemon juice
Preparation
Mix wet and dry ingredients all together in one bowl, transfer into a baking lined baking tin loaf and pop in the oven for 35- 40 mins on 180c
