Healthy Vegan Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 50g spelt flour
  • 30g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • some lemon
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • vegan Nutella
  • coconut yogurt
  • fruit

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together well.

  2. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Top with vegan Nutella, coconut yogurt, fruit, and whatever you wish.

  4. Enjoy a delicious breakfast.
