Easy Vegan Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate drops or chunks
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in two separate bowls.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a smooth texture is achieved, but do not overmix.
Fill each muffin liner with batter, optionally add a few chocolate drops on top, then place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
