Easy Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops or chunks

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in two separate bowls.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a smooth texture is achieved, but do not overmix.

  4. Fill each muffin liner with batter, optionally add a few chocolate drops on top, then place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
