Sticky Tahini and Date Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 2 soft medjool dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tbsp light tahini
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pan.

  2. Cook over a gentle heat until your favorite consistency.

  3. Enjoy warm.
