Sticky Tahini and Date Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 2 soft medjool dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tbsp light tahini
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a small pan.
Cook over a gentle heat until your favorite consistency.
Enjoy warm.
