- 300 grams of dates
- 100 grams of oats
- 50 grams of almonds
- 35 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp. flax seeds
- 3 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. chiaseeds
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 75 grams of almond butter
- a handful of gojiberries or mulberries
- a pinch of salt
