  • 35 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp. chiaseeds
  • 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 75 grams of almond butter
  • a handful of gojiberries or mulberries
  • a pinch of salt
