Beetroot Hummus for Pre-Dinner Crudités and Toast
Ingredients
- 380g carton of organic chickpeas @mr_organic
- 1 vacuum pack of organic cooked beetroot 250g @waitroseandpartners
- 2 heaved tbsp of @meridianfoods TAHINI
- 1tspn Himalayan salt
- 2tspn coriander & cumin powder
- 1tspn chopped garlic
- 1 lemon juiced
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- green chillies and coriander (cilantro) if you like
Preparation
Blitz all the above in a food processor or nutribullet.
Add chopped chillies and chopped coriander over the top then mix.
