Easy Overnight Oats with Seeds and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1/4 cup raisins or goji berries
  • 1/4 cup seed mixture (hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • Spices of your choice (pumpkin spice mix, cinnamon, vanilla...)
  • Plant milk (enough to cover the mixture)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the plant milk in a mason jar or tupperware.

  2. Pour plant milk over the mixture until it just covers everything.

  3. Let it sit overnight.

  4. In the morning, scoop the oats into a bowl and top with coconut yogurt and fruit.

  5. Choose a plant milk without added sugars for a healthier option.
