Easy Overnight Oats with Seeds and Spices
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
- 1/4 cup raisins or goji berries
- 1/4 cup seed mixture (hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- Spices of your choice (pumpkin spice mix, cinnamon, vanilla...)
- Plant milk (enough to cover the mixture)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the plant milk in a mason jar or tupperware.
Pour plant milk over the mixture until it just covers everything.
Let it sit overnight.
In the morning, scoop the oats into a bowl and top with coconut yogurt and fruit.
Choose a plant milk without added sugars for a healthier option.
