Orange Tofu and Cauliflower with Rice Noodles
Ingredients

- cauliflower
- rice noodles
- garlic
- onion
- bell pepper
- oil
- cashews
Sauce
- Oranges
- soya sauce
- syrup
- water
- apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- chilli
- cornstarch
Preparation
Make the crispy tofu in the oven.
Fry garlic, onion, and bell pepper in some oil until soft.
Make the orange sauce and set aside.
When the tofu is done, add it to the frying pan along with the cauliflower.
Pour over the sauce and allow to thicken for 5-10 minutes.
Boil the rice noodles.
Combine the noodles and orange tofu sauce.
Add some cashews on top.
