Tempeh and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients

  • I used about 70g tempeh for three tacos
  • 1 onion
  • pepper and black beans with 2 Tbsp of salsa
  • grated tempeh
  • salad
  • cheese

Preparation

  1. Grate the tempeh (I used about 70g tempeh for three tacos)

  2. Fry onion, pepper and black beans with 2 Tbsp of salsa and the spice mix for around 10 mins on a low heat

  3. Add the grated tempeh and continue to fry for another 6/7 mins

  4. Place in your tacos and top with salad, cheese and more salsa
