Vegan Loaded Avocado Bagels

Ingredients

  • Plant-based cream cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Broccoli sprouts
  • 2-3 avocados
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • 4 homemade grain-free bagels

Preparation

  1. Mash the avocados with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.

  2. Toast the bagels if desired

  3. Spread plant-based cream cheese on the bagels

  4. Add the mashed avocado mixture to the bagels

  5. Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and broccoli sprouts
