Vegan Loaded Avocado Bagels
Ingredients
- Plant-based cream cheese
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Broccoli sprouts
- 2-3 avocados
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper to taste
- 4 homemade grain-free bagels
Preparation
Mash the avocados with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Toast the bagels if desired
Spread plant-based cream cheese on the bagels
Add the mashed avocado mixture to the bagels
Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and broccoli sprouts
