Ingredients
- homemade grain-free bagels
- plant-based cream cheese
- tomatoes
- cucumber
- broccoli sprouts
- avocados
- salt
- pepper
- crushed red pepper
Preparation
Mash avocados with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Toast the bagels if desired
Spread plant-based cream cheese on the bagels
Add the mashed avocado mixture to the bagels
Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and broccoli sprouts
