Matcha Tahini No-Bake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 TBS maple syrup
  • 3 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy. Pour into a lined loaf tin and place in the freezer to set for 4-6 hours.

  2. Serve directly from the freezer. Drizzle melted vegan chocolate over the top for a little aesthetic wow factor if desired.
