Matcha Tahini No-Bake Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3 TBS maple syrup
- 3 tsp matcha powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy. Pour into a lined loaf tin and place in the freezer to set for 4-6 hours.
Serve directly from the freezer. Drizzle melted vegan chocolate over the top for a little aesthetic wow factor if desired.
