Vegan Pumpkin Snickers Fall Treat

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or cacao butter
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons tahini or nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Crushed nuts
  • Vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except crushed nuts and chocolate

  2. Pour mixture into silicone molds or a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and top with crushed nuts

  3. Freeze for about 30 minutes

  4. Remove from freezer and coat in melted chocolate

  5. Return to freezer to set

  6. Store in refrigerator or freezer for desired texture, such as more of an ice cream texture
