Simple No-Bake Cake Batter Collagen Bars
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashew butter (make sure it’s runny)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (warmed so its liquid)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla collagen
- 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer or immersion blender.
Pour the mixture into a brownie pan or bread pan; use foil to adjust thickness if desired.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Add more sprinkles on top if desired.
Freeze for another 2 hours.
Store in the freezer to prevent melting.
