Simple No-Bake Cake Batter Collagen Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter (make sure it’s runny)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (warmed so its liquid)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla collagen
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer or immersion blender.

  2. Pour the mixture into a brownie pan or bread pan; use foil to adjust thickness if desired.

  3. Freeze for 20 minutes.

  4. Add more sprinkles on top if desired.

  5. Freeze for another 2 hours.

  6. Store in the freezer to prevent melting.
