Superfood Dark Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp creamy almond or any nut / seed butter

Preparation

  1. Melt dark chocolate using microwave or stove.

  2. Mix chocolate with cashews and pumpkin seeds.

  3. Pour onto parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  4. Sprinkle berries, sesame seeds, and coconut.

  5. Drizzle with almond butter.

  6. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.

  7. Take out and cut into chunks. Enjoy!
