Superfood Dark Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp creamy almond or any nut / seed butter
Preparation
Melt dark chocolate using microwave or stove.
Mix chocolate with cashews and pumpkin seeds.
Pour onto parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle berries, sesame seeds, and coconut.
Drizzle with almond butter.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Take out and cut into chunks. Enjoy!
