Scrambled Eggs with Quinoa and Avocado Breakfast
Ingredients
- Quinoa
- Olive oil
- Pink Himalayan salt
- 2 organic brown eggs
- Garlic ghee
- Red pepper flakes
- Trader Joe's multi-colored seasoning
- Strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
- Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning
Preparation
Cook quinoa from scratch and add olive oil and pink Himalayan salt.
Scramble the eggs in garlic ghee.
Top the scrambled eggs with red pepper flakes, multi-colored seasoning, strawberries, and half an avocado seasoned with everything but the bagel seasoning.
