Simple Breakfast Bowl with Sweet Potato and Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • red pepper flakes
  • fruit
  • 1/2 avocado
  • pink Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes to caramelize.

  2. Fry the egg in ghee and top with red pepper flakes.

  3. Season half an avocado with pink Himalayan salt.

  4. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and add fruit. Can be eaten cold or with reheated sweet potato.
