Caramelized Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- spinach
- red pepper flakes
- 1 sweet potato
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.
Fry 1 egg in ghee.
Sauté spinach with red pepper flakes.
Assemble the bowl with tomatoes and 1/2 avocado.
