Simple Breakfast with Fried Egg and Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- 1/2 avocado
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- fruit
- 1 sweet potato
Preparation
Fry the egg in ghee.
Season the avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.
Add fruit to the plate as desired.
