Simple Breakfast with Fried Egg and Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • fruit
  • 1 sweet potato

Preparation

  1. Fry the egg in ghee.

  2. Season the avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  3. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.

  4. Add fruit to the plate as desired.
