Savory Breakfast Plate with Turkey Bacon and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- red pepper flakes
- mushrooms
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 sweet potato
- turkey bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake sweet potato for 45 minutes, then turn off oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.
Bake turkey bacon at 400°F for about 9 minutes.
Sauté mushrooms in ghee.
Fry egg in ghee and add red pepper flakes.
Assemble the plate with sautéed mushrooms, fried egg with red pepper flakes, 1/2 avocado, baked sweet potato, and turkey bacon.
