Savory Breakfast Plate with Turkey Bacon and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • red pepper flakes
  • mushrooms
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 sweet potato
  • turkey bacon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Bake sweet potato for 45 minutes, then turn off oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.

  3. Bake turkey bacon at 400°F for about 9 minutes.

  4. Sauté mushrooms in ghee.

  5. Fry egg in ghee and add red pepper flakes.

  6. Assemble the plate with sautéed mushrooms, fried egg with red pepper flakes, 1/2 avocado, baked sweet potato, and turkey bacon.
